It's freakin hysterical. I never miss an episode even if I've seen it 10 times before. The only other program reruns I watch is The Simpsons.

The 5th season was good...

but I got disgusted when they crossed the line where they have Christopher Reeve eating babies.

It's just shock value, with no substance. Just a lot of preachiness at the end which makes "Star Trek: The Next Generation" look like happy-go-lucky by comparison.

If you've noticed the 'issues' that are covered on South Park, they tend to be right-leaning. Like hate crimes should be treated like regular crimes. The episode about the endagered species that were idiotic--preaching against endangered species, etc. This is surprising seeing how Stone & Parker are supposed to 'rebels' against the establishment, yet they espouse the establishment values, which are called populist for some reason.

I think they pretty much mock everyone and everything, including themselves. For a few examples, how about the episode that came out around the time of the massive sweep of child molesting priests in the Catholic Church. They went off on the Catholic Church in that one.

I don't think they embrace the ideals of the right, so much as they trash the ideals of everyone. :D

Its a trashy redneck neighborhood of Dayton, Ohio....thats trying to rehabilitate itself.

great place if you are into big wooden houses and oxycontin addiction....its very "Dayton"...like many older neighborhoods in Dayton the housing stock are urban versions of the Midwestern farmhouse.

If "they've killed Kenny" in South Park, it was probably with a switchblade, over an Old English 800 or some drugs.

southpark -the movie- on comedy central? it wasn`t cut!!! my daughter and i started watching and of course the first "fuck" we realized that they didn`t edit it...cool...
