I have NO idea why that one hasn't been changed for PC reasons.

(Hint to pilots...if you're flying out west, make CZI part of your flight plan. I know a lot of controllers (myself included) who always clear pilots direct to CZI just because it's fun to say "Cleared direct Crazy Woman").
