W. is chiding his economic advisors, telling them to buck up &c. Well, let's listen in:

"Come on, guys, no more doom and gloom. Ain't nothing so bad we can't handle it. Hell, record deficits? No problem. Unemployment souring? Big deal. Trade deficit tearing us a new one? So what? It's like I always say, great problems call for great solutions. So . . . okay . . . that narrows it down. . . . all we need is just a great solution . . . anybody got one? . . . come on, guys, . . . I'm waiting . . . "

3. Think it was today . . . taken from Yahoo news/pictures
sometimes they use file footage but always label it as such. I don't remember seeing a label.
