More and more it is looking like this was an inside job: The Eagle is to be interpreted as America.

Reighstag fire. The parallels between 9/11 and everything that happened afterward, and the Reighstag fire in Nazi Germany and everything that happened afterward there, is increadible. And after WWII it turned out that the Jews didn't start the fire, the German government actually burnt down their own capital building and blamed it on the Jews.

I think what is more likely is that they knew *something* was going to happen, and figured it would be on the scale of the first WTC bombing. I'm sure they let it happen, Reichstag II-style.

But, I bet you anything the Administration was as surprised as the rest of us by the logistical scale and the devastation of what actually happened.

Acceptable casualties would have been in the 300-500 range, ie those trapped in or above the flaming floors.
Also, it is certain they had no idea of the magnatude of the response from FDNY and NYPD to things like this, leading to hundreds more deaths still.

That was the only shock of the day to them. The numbers, and remember, at the end of the first day, they were talking 10k dead. Until people started showing up at home, hospitals and wandering around in shock.

I did not read the Quran. This was sent to me. I had no reason to believe the person did not attach the proper verse to 9:11.

I've been searching some on-line Korans for the last 20 minutes, in a variety of translations, and using a wide range of words, and as far as I can tell, that "verse" exists nowhere in the Koran.

I rried searching on words used in the verse you gave, sometimes picking ones I know are going to be used (wrath, allah, peace, son, land) and other variations of the words inside that verse (rise, raven, anger, etc.)

Found nothing.

So, not only is the verse numbering made up, and entire damn thing is made up. More republican freep propaganda for you.
