I have a question about wet saws (for anyone who has ever done tileing)
Do you have to wipe the blade and the entire machine dry after use, to prevent rusting? Is the blade stainless??

1. I've used one on a few occasions but it's been a while
but I seem to remember the blade being made of a
composite material kinda like what a grinder has
but much thinner.

As well, I went ahead and wiped the saw down afterwards
but I was renting it and did not want to return it dirty.

It cut the tile like butter.

2. No and Yes
Blades usually are steel, but there are some costly composite blades too. You don't have to worry about rust, but you should wipe down the surface of the saw. When the tile mud dries, little chunks of tile get stuck in the grooves along the base and are a bitch to get out.

Good luch tiling. I remember my first time.
