Canadian DUers: Is there still a CBC radio show called As It Happens?

I used to listen to it all the time when I lived within range of Albany NY's public radio station (WAMC, I think?). This was the mid 1980s. One of the presenters was a woman named Elizabeth something. I had a total crush on her voice. Loved the way she said her short a's, like "that." Know who and what I'm talking about?

Is the mother of the infamous David Frum.

How he could abandon everything his mother stood for is a mystery.
