2. I ordered mine July 9th
...if that gives you any idea on when you might get yours.

11 days - not too shabby considering standard shipping and high demand, I suppose.

3. I'm making my own - of the John Kerry / John Lennon photo!
I went to johnkerry.com, found the wallpaper with the Kerry logo embedded in the photo, printed it on iron-on paper, and I just have to iron it on the shirt. Very cool.
