Sharp air conditioner: anyone got one?
PC Richards has the Sharp AF-S60DX which claims to be "Library Quiet" on sale.

I can't find a review or discussion of it anywhere online. Anybody got one? Is it any good?

7. I had one in my tiny Manhattan studio
...but gave it away when I moved to the burbs (central air--which I soon discovered needed replacing!) It worked just fine.

Now that I"m back in the city in a tiny 2-room apt., I have two GoldStar ACs that I got from an overstock store for like $75 each.
