She has a beautiful voice. But I too am not a huge fan. But she's a far site better than 90% of what's out there.

5. Check out the new one - "Between Here & Gone"

It's seriously beautiful, thoughtful (though admittedly not hit-heavy) CD.

Had the good fortune to see her about a month ago, and it was a fantastic show - two hours+, followed by four encores. Great, funny performance, but with substantial amounts of "couldheardapindrop" material as well.

an old girlfriend dragged me to a few C&W concerts back in the day, and MCC was a really good show, as was Dwight Yokum(sp?).

She's one of those artists that people who don't like country can enjoy, along with Lyle and Dwight. I've had a crush on her ever since the video for "Shut up and kiss me." I've long intended to buy some of her stuff, but the music budget is pretty small these days.

If I wasn't spoken for, I'd volunteer to have her luv-child.
