Help me - I went to Vegas this past weekend and....

without traveling far (from Los Angeles), I am now getting up at a normal time for people in Bangkok! Ir probably had a lot to do with that one "night" we were all up past midnight...then past noon...and went to bed at 4pm...

How do I return to LA's time zone?

1. Hmmmmmm.....

When I traveled TO Bangkok, I stayed awake on the flight, knowing I would arrive at night.

When I traveled FROM Bangkok, I slept on the flight from Tokyo-Seattle, because that represented the time I'd ordnarily have slept back home in Texas.

I adjusted myself, in both cases, enroute...so I did not suffer jetlag.

Dunno what you do in your case.
