Anybody ever dealt with Mini Vacations, Inc?

My wife and I won a free vacation. I've been looking up info about this company, as we're about to make plane reservations. It seems they've had some problems with the other companies they work with, but have tried their best to make good, even though they were not at fault.

Okay, so maybe I'm trying to justify this in my mind. :) But have any of you dealt with them?

1. Go to Google Advanced Search and

in the single word category, put 'complaints' 'suit' 'lawsuit' (you can put those in the 'any of these words' place to broaden your search) and in the 'phrase' area, put 'mini vacations inc.' and see what comes up.

This is a very easy way to find any and all online mentions of complaints against a company or product! If you get a bunch of hits, read as many as you can. If they all complain about one thing, then perhaps you can work with the company with that in mind. If there are a bunch of hits on a whole range of problems, then you can roundfile their ad.
