strange request for soldier sister
as some of you may know, my sister is stationed in iraq. she was scheduled to get out of the army after 7 years in march. she was told she would be deployed to iraq february 20th. none of us thought she would have to go, but stop loss made it so that my sister had to find a place for her 2 and 4 year old kids to live for a year while she and her ex husband were stationed in iraq. she is having a hard time over there and missing her kids a lot. i decided to send her a present. i have a donation fund going all over the place (work, my family, the sites i frequent on the internet) to try to raise enough money to buy her an ipod. she doesnt have her cds over there with her but she loves music ALOT! i will be able to put all of her cds on this tiny ipod. so i am asking if anyone feels like they want to donate any amount of money to this fund to pm me or email me at shamanstarcircus at yahoo dot com. if you have an ipod you want to sell for the amount i have collected so far (not too much sad to say) that is awesome, too! i have pictures of her and her kids up on my website http://groups.msn.com/shamanstarcircus
sadly, some people think this is a scam. it isnt. i am simply putting out my desire to the universe and hoping that it works. i am one of those strange people who wishes for things and magically, they appear. peace is on its way!!! *grin*
so.. if you feel the desire to help, please email me.
thanks!!!

3. And why is she over there...
The lives that are harmed, ruined, and ended due to "faulty intelligence" make me very, very angry.

4. i have a friend
who got killed over there on june 14th. he was a punk kid who was in the reserves. i saw him when he was on leave from iraq. he said it is horrible over there. he died 6 months later. it seems so strange that he is dead. he should still be baking bread and going to punk rock shows. it is so sad.
