1. Saw it. Loved it.
Cried like a baby and I'm just not a crybaby!

2. I saw it
It was beautifully shot, but although I am a sucker for tear jerking chick flicks, I couldn't get into the story or the romance.

4. "chick Flick"
especially for those of a certain age.

I thought it was OK - didn't think I was going to cry, but did a little. My friend cried buckets.

A bit sappy and predictable, but worth seeing - nice acting - especially James Garner toward the end.

5. Yes...thought it was predictable...and really "out of touch" with
even with it's own time...but it's definitely a tear jerker, even if you don't want to cry...the ending just pulls you down.

I felt manipulated and thought female lead could have been WAY better but supporting cast was great.

But, it was a story that maybe needed to be told...and the scenery was beautiful and it's a very quiet simple movie.

It wasn't what I was in the mood for after hurricane hysteria and lots of rain and being in gloomy mood. It was OTT if you have a relative with Alzheimers and just lost a relative a month ago....gloomy, but still heartwarming in a way...sentimental.

6. A female friend was depressed and made me go see it with her.
She said it was a depressing "chick flick" and that's what would cheer her up (Don't ask). Almost instantly I knew the plot and how it would end. My mom has Alzheimer and is in a board and care home. Even though I knew what was coming I cried like a baby the last 5 minutes. My friend was very sorry that she made me see it, though she did not know the plot before hand. I thanked her because it was something that I needed to see. I would rate it a 5 out of ten.
