Why do women's volleyball competitors wear barely anything
but men's volleyball uniforms look like horrid basketball getups?

looks like it was spray-painted on long underwear the swimmers are favoring this year.

I preferred the micro speedos of years past. :P

The same reason on Fear Factor the girls must strip for the camera and we see the length of their scantily clad body while the men are just ready for competition.

... I don't get the skimpy outfits. I watched about 10 minutes of beach volleyball yesterday, and was squirming myself Ñ as after every point the women were yanking down their pants or readjusting their bras.

Gotta be uncomfortable to be doing that all the time. Why not something similar to running shorts?

OK, OK ... I know. That wouldn't attract too many guys.
