14. Yeah, what IS the proceedure?

Here in New Orleans we have not ONE hill... it's all flat. Two years ago I went to see my brother in SF, and avoided parking on any street with a steep hill. All I can say is that I had my hand on the parking break nearly the entire time!

I'm a recently retired police officer (career change), and I've seen more heartache as a result of automobile accidents than I care to remember. Please, please, please--- don't even put the keys in the ignition until you've put your seat belt on, OK?
