Power Point Question...a little help please.
I know how to print power point slides so that you have 4 or 6 or 9 or 16 per page but I've seen print outs before that I'd like to know how to do.

How do you print 3 or for slides per page so that the slides are on the left side of the page with corresponding blank lines for notes next to each slide on the right side of the page?

This will make taking notes in class easier.

TIA

1. Select print from the menu not the print button

On the pop up screen it has an option to select pages per sheet.

You are printing a handouts. Look in the help menu, F1, for more info.

4. The option is on the "print:" menu
Select the option for 'handouts' as others have said. It'll print slides with lines for notetaking.

5. And if you go to View -->
master --> handouts

You can customize how they look, add a textbox to the top for a title, turn on page numbers, etc. If you need more help, PM or email me.

Also, if you go to File --> send to --> Word, I think you can dump them to Word and customize the heck out of them.
