Is this delegate a cross dresser?

Not that there is anything wrong with that but for a GOP delegate it would seem a bit hypocritical. I'm asking about the woman in red who shows up midway through the clip. She has a voice like Harvey Firestein and that scarf seems strategically positioned.

Any thoughts?

Destroying the Country, the constitution, the bill of rights, the military. Loading up IOUs for future generations, cutting overtime pay......

I feel bothered.
