I sit near teleconference person who is on teleconferences all day. I could barely hear my teleconference (which wasn't annoying the bejesus out of my co-workers since I have a headset for my work phone) because this cube neighbor has their teleconference on top notch volume

:grr:

Not only do I NOT want to hear someone elses teleconference I highly doubt anyone wants to hear mine - get a damn headset and stop bugging the bejesus out of other folks!!

It ought to be company policy that people not use speakerphones in their cubes. And yes, this person's actions are very inconsiderate.

Speakerphones in a cube farm should be outlawed.
