3. HTML in e-mail is a travesty
If you can't send your message as text, don't send it.

4. I agree.
Provide basic text to get your main message across, and provide a link should anyone be interested.

HTML in an email assumes the reciever of the email has enabled HTML for reading emails. Many people, like me, have specifically DISabled HTML in emails.

And finally, I delete every spam mail I recieve without opening it in the first place. I dream of the day I can charge anyone who sends me spam, as in my opinion that spam is an act of trespass on the ISP services and computer equipment for which I paid good money.

Literally my .02 :)

6. Some of us do business legitimately
There are people whom are interested in products and services on the internet.....besides I think pop-ups are far worse.
