9. What get really complicated is...
when I buncher and a folder marry, have children, and subsequently have to potty train the kids. The poor little ones get so confused they don't know what to do. :(

2. The way every major hotel chain hangs it
millions of times each day -- Over. Folding the end into a little triangle is optional.

there was a gender dependency to this: those of us with Y chromosomes hang it over, and those without do it under. I confess to following the stereotype.

8. Over. Trust me. I write about this sort of crap for a living.
The only exception is if you have pets or small children that will unroll the whole damn thing if you hang it over. Otherwise -- it goes over. It looks better, it's easier to reach, and commercial large-capacity dispensers will usually only load that way anyway.

11. Then why do YOU hang it under half the time?
That is, when you bother to replace the roll at all? Bloody savage. :eyes:

I don't hang it under half the time. I hang it under ON OCCASION because I'm not always paying attention at 6 a.m., when I find I need to replace the roll because you used all but two sheets.

I think that toilet tissue should come in pop-up containers. Single-sheet dispensers like a small tissue box... only it's regular sized TP squares and not facial tissue size.

16. Am I the only one who does it under???
You can just yank it, and get exactly the proper amount you need, tear it off, and it doesn't leave a big tail of paper hanging from the roll.
