What a mental midget! He's completely lost without a teleprompter, a speech printed out for him to read, or a 'bug' in his ear feeding him lines. His handlers know his limitations, hence wimping out of the 'town hall meeting' debate. They know that pearls of wisdom like 'sovereigninities' are just waiting to fly out of his mouth.
