PS2 or XBox owners: Go buy BURNOUT 3 right now!!!!!!
This game is so mind-blowingly awesome. I bought it last week and played it all weekend and it's like crack it's so addictive and it makes me type in run-on sentences because it RULES!

It's a racing game where the entire point is to cause the other cars to crash (into walls, into traffic, off bridges, whatever), and the crash effects are AWESOME. Time slows to a crawl and you car bends and loses parts with each impact, and you can even steer your smoldering wreck while it's flying through the air or skidding along the pavement to crash your wreck into other cars, and make them crash spectacularly.

This game rules! But it, or rent it, NOW!

2. It's definitely worth full price.
I'm like you in that I don't like paying 50 bucks for a game (unless it's a new Grand Theft Auto), but this one is worth it. I sold back some older games to the store when I picked up Burnout 3, so I ended up paying 10 bucks, but it's definitely worth the scratch.

All the reviews I've read on-line have given it perfect or near-perfect scores, and the game absolutely deserves it. It's that good.

3. I'll rent it first, and if it's that good, I'll unload a handful of games
I don't ~ever~ use.

6. Go to Electronics Boutique.
I sold some games there last week, and they had a deal where they added $3.75 to each game. That deal may still going on, so try there first.

5. Please, please, please let this come out on Game Cube
Burnout 1 and 2 did....

And I own them both.

Burnout is probably my favorite series of racing games. I like everything about them...

7. I'll save my cash. San Andreas is coming out in a month.
From the looks of it, it's the only game I'll ever need.
