Mass email error messages...I need advice..please

I'm trying :eyes: to send an email to about 200 Kerry volunteers. Like always, I've waited until the last minute and I'm embarrassed to call others for help. I got a list of email addresses in a text file and I was told to save them in MS Word. Then, I added the ; , removed to spaces, and added them to the BCC list. This has not worked at all. I keep getting error messages. I think the error messages are saying that I can only send to 4 email addresses at a time (comcast). Some of the error messages indicate that it won't send the message to anyone if one email address is incorrect.

So, DU give me some hints on how to deal with this. I've already sent it all to my work where I know I can send mass emails. (I co=own the company so no problems there) But how do I get the emails sent even if several email addresses appear to be wrong. :shrug:
