Yes. I cannot live without leaning on facts, but fact is a small subset of phenomina. About the rest of the universe, I need a bit of faith.

same rating as alien abductions, angels, crop circles, the philosphers stone and perpetual motion machines.

Don't forget the tens of thousands of Elvis sightings, even after his death.

I don't know if they are true or if they aren't. That's the way my thinking has been as of late. :(

The morning my brother died (who was in the next room from me), I was woken up by this massive shaking. It wasn't violent, but it was very strong. When I looked up, I saw this beautiful bright flash that lite up the whole room (it was around 5am). I felt this great warmth and then this massive flash. The room lite up and slowly faded. I felt this warm glow in my body and tingling all over my body. When the light faded and the things went dark, I could hear my brother's breathing in the next room become shallow .... the "death rattle" as it's called.

I'll never forget it. It made me except my brother's passing easier. I knew he was going on a great journey to a better place where his pain and suffering were gone.

Saw it tonite....Lots of food for thought in this movie....about why we are here...and where we are going....

I had rheumatic fever when I was about five. My grandparents, heavy duty Christian Scientists, were staying with us and refused to allow my mom to take me to a doctor.

Finally my mom mustered up a "fuck you" and took me to the hospital, where I apparently flat-lined for a bit.

I don't remember anything about it. No white light, no choir of angels. Although I think I might have smelled bacon...

I was so sick the only thing I remember thinking was -well, pretty soon the rest of my system will shut down and I won't feel bad anymore.

No white lights or anything like that tho....

our souls turn into Moths and then we head for the light.

Near death doesn't allow us time to transform but often afterwards those that experience this have a hankering to hide in the closet while sucking on a wool sweater.
