Anyone playing Madden 2005?

Is there no way to start a CUSTOM team in franchise mode??

In 2004, I created a custom team and could then take it through a seson. But it won't seem to let me choose the custom team I created in 2k5?

Anyone know what the deal is?

1. yeah there is...

its franchise mode. you have to go through and draft your players though. make sure to adjust your franchise settings before you begin.

2. I was talking about franchise mode

When I start franshise mode in 2005 it takes me to the Divisional screen where I can choose to control a team in a division, but then no matter what my only choices are pro teams, my custom created team does not show up as an option.

In 2004, you just decide what division you want to play in, pick a team to get rid of, then choose "user" instead of "cpu" for that team and replace it with your custom team...

I can't seem to do that in 2005

3. You've got to replace a pro team by hitting costum divisions....

Or something like that. I don't remember how exactly, but it's before you're able to choose a pro team, I think anyway.
