When you get DVD's you don't want from Columbia House...

...and you send them back with Return to Sender on the box and the box is unopened, does that mean that the charges get cancelled?

2. You can...

go to their website and request a return label. That way you know you're getting credited for the charges. They pay the shipping, so it's all good. I've done it about 1/2 dozen times.

3. I wrote "Return to Sender" on the unopened box and put it in the mail.

On Saturday afternoon. I am hoping that by the middle of the week, there will be credit back.
