1. I love it...
But I don't watch every show, only if the topic/guests are interesting. Like today's show, I am recording it while I am in class, because it looks good.

5. I really like Oprah as a person ...
but her shows have this weird emphasis on material things lately. It's just my impression, but all the "My Favorite Things" and all that. Yeah, $300 cashmere sweaters might be really soft and it's nice that she gives them to her audience, but ... I don't know. Just doesn't do anything for me.

6. I've never seen her show
maybe its the day job, I don't know. The other night she brought a cake out for Jay Leno - the crowd went nuts and I had no idea who the hell she was.

The woman who rose from nothing and is right now pushing women, minorities and young adults to vote is mocked and ridiculed by DU members jealous of her success--don't you have a president to harass?
