When I was on the road a lot with work, I ate alone many times. I read a lot.

I also like going to movies alone and riding rollercoasters alone. I like to do all those things with other people too but I don't require it. When I eat alone at a restaurant, I bring a good book and enjoy it during my meal. I treat myself to wine and dessert. Whoops, forgot to ask something. What did you have to eat?

I know it's not easy, but the easier it is to live with yourself the more likely someone else woud want to live there.
