I spotted a freeper by his driving.

I was walking down a street, when a car came around the corner pretty fast and continued driving fast into his driveway, which was at the second house on the street. It's hard to explain, but his driving seemed angry. When I looked at his face as he went by, it confirmed my sense of his driving because he had a look on his face that LOOKED angry. He pulled into his driveway and went in his house. When I passed by his house, I looked at his car, and sure enough, there was a bush/cheney bumper sticker on it. Fucking freepers!

2. lol...i know what you mean. more aggressive reckless driving i've noticed

is a freeper...but my neighbor is a freeper and he is a nice person and is not a reckless driver...just clueless :-)
