Girl says bones belong to ghost
"A Russell County fifth-grader is convinced bones found in her home last weekend belong to a mysterious friend who told her about being chopped up years ago.

Investigators have few clues about how and when the bones got inside insulation under the living room floor of the mobile home on Jowers Road, near East Alabama Motor Speedway."

snip

"Stephanie said a black girl in a white dress started visiting her room when she was about 5 years old. The girl was friendly, but she told Stephanie a horrible story.

'She told me that somebody put her in the floor,' Stephanie said. 'She said he had a mask on, and that he chopped her up. She didn't know who the person was, because he had a mask on.'"

8. Yeah, it and cold case files. I have seen almost all of the
old FF episodes but they have a new one every once in a while. BTW, I like your user name. Are you an expert in particle physics?

9. LOL, Er, try a struggling dummy physics college student
I like the idea of quarks, and I love the old names for them truth, beauty, etc. etc. etc. A little flair in science.

10. I'm very open minded about ghost stories
We have ghosts in our house. Not visible but we hear them all the time. There seem to be three, two adults and a child. My husband hears them the most but I hear them now and then. Often it's only footsteps on the stairs (they seem to hang out mostly in our downstairs where there is a storage and laundry room). Sometimes, it's voices - a man and a woman. I've heard the child crying. Oh, and once, one of them sat on the sofa while I was on it - felt them sit, I kid you not.

I also lived in a haunted house in Vermont. That was a very old house and there was a ghost upstairs who would bang around when no one was home up there. It sounded like someone moving furniture but I'd go up (we all barged into each other's apartments) and there'd be no one there. My daughter heard her scream one night in the upstairs bathroom. We called her Melissa..... she was kind of obnoxious but the ones here are no bother at all.

11. Do you hear what they are talking about?
Do you know if anyone died in your house?

12. Not really and no
Sometimes I can hear a word or two. They often seem like they're quarreling - I hear them both kind of going at once. It's muffled and never really clear. Every now and then I hear the name "Michael".

The place was once a small resort - a large central lodge and five smaller cabins. I live in one of the cabins which was built in the 30's or 40's. My landlord has no idea if anyone ever died here, not that he knows of.

The other house was built in 1865 (the one in Vermont). It was the second house on the spot - the first had burned down. Always wondered if Melissa had burned down with it but it was only speculation. Never heard of anyone dying there either.
