Mmmmmm...bagel, cream cheese, lox, and tomato...with Trader Joe's five-pepper blend grated liberally atop.

Sure, the tomato may be sacrilege to purists, but that's why I fit (marginally) better in Kahlifohnia than in Noo Yawk. :P

8. My very first bagel was lox and cream cheese...
on a garlic bagel, lightly toasted. It was love!
