...on your own web site or a site you can upload to.  I can't
remember the places people upload to--is one called
photobucket?  You create an accunt there.  Then, all you do is
literally post the URL of the picture:
http://www.hostsite.com/picturename.jpg

Some people do a very bad and naughty thing:  they right-click
an image they see online, go to properties, and cut and paste
the URL they find there into a post.  That's very, very
naughty.  Just get that idea right out of your head!
