Writings on neoconservatism

I'm writing a paper on neoconservatives in the White House, and I was wondering if anyone knows about any good sources I could use. I really need works from credible, unbiased sources explaining exactly what neoconservatism is, preferably by the neos themselves. If anyone has any good sources I'd really appreciate it.

Books/articles by William Kristol, Paul Wolfkowitz, Leo Strauss, Robert Kagan, Richard Perle, etc.

Of course, for the paper to be good, you MUST trace it back to the Trotskyite table at City College in Harlem in the 1930s - that's where it all began - with American jewish socialists. Participants included Seymour Martin Lipset, Irving Kristol (William's father), Norman Podhoretz, Daniel Bell.

You may want to start with the Christian Science Monitor "Neo-Con 101" link. As far as "unbiased sources", why would you consider articles from the neo-cons themselves as unbiased?

3. Sorry unbiased wasnt really the best word

What I meant to say was that I need sources whose credibility will not be questioned by conservatives responding to the paper, which is why neocon sources are perfect.
