Has there been a poll in Minnesota asking:
"Do you wish Jesse Ventura would take over the governorship if he could?"

I'd sell, "hell yes!" I'd rather have a Dem or Green in power, but Jesse beats the snot out of Pawlenty any day of the week.

I need a nickname for Pawlenty too. Like "Mr. Privatize" or "Pawussy" or something.

I wish his job could be privatized, but that would be "power to the people". Well, the way the pukes run things it would be "power to the corporation", America MUST remain a fascist state controlled by the corps.

1. Yes, Jesse would be better than Pawless,
but so would practically anyone. A poll today found that Pawlenty has 49% approval. Minn. is not the "liberal" state that it is mythologized to be. Historically, Minn. voters have been right in the middle of the left-right spectrum compared to other states. We have just been lucky to have Gene McCarthy, Wellstone, and others build our stature as a liberal (or sane) state. The governorship, however, has been a disaster for a long time.

3. Yipes, no ownder Bushie* wants to campaign more here
49%... I'm amazed it's that high.

I'm still positive that Pawussy, like Shrubbypants*, will be a one term flop.

4. Papussy is a fucking nerd.
He's the "anti-Jesse" in terms of charisma and physical features. I shouldn't say he looks like a nerd per se, more like a DORK. A wussy dork.

5. I'd hate to give the nod to Jesse
but I sure would rather see him guiding the state than Papussy. Timmy is such a little Repug tool. He is willing to act tough, practice slash and burn economics within our social services structure without a thought to the long term consequences - all for his short term positioning to national office. The state is hurting and it hasn't even begun to feel the impact of his no new taxes "pledge". I spit thinking of this tool. 49% for him and * still showing above 50 on national polls? We live in a world of fiction!
