Credit Union Problems

My credit union is not accepting on-line banking because I'm a Mac User. I've never had a problem before, now they are saying I use a Mac and they are trying to correct a problem. My other other on-line payments do not have a problem. They said they will correct the problem in a week, after the election?

I am a Mac user who banks on line -
Most likely there is some kind of problem on their end - they will blame it on Macs rather than learning how to support both platforms.

How did they find out ? Did you 'fess up ?

2. Try various browsers...

Some will work with IE or Netscrape and not Safari, or the other way around.
