4. I feel really stressed

I think it is all the canvassing and thinking about the election, etc. My body is vibrating. I am trying to calm down. I don't think I even felt like this pre-Reagan.

but that's mostly because of the liver and onions i made for dinner.

liver just doesn't taste the same when you've seen and handled it as the raw gelatinous goo that it is before putting it in the pan...especially since i don't do flour, either.
