Twelve-year-old girl drove truck, led Chino police on wild chase
CHINO, Calif. (AP) - A 12-year-old girl from Chino is in police custody after getting behind the wheel of her father's pickup truck and leading officers on a wild, 30-minute chase.

It started yesterday morning when an officer spotted the speeding truck and the driver refused to pull over. During the chase, the pickup traveled on the Corona Expressway and ran through numerous red lights, stop signs and struck a squad car and at least one other car.

An officer in the squad car said she encountered the truck in a parking lot and had to veer to the right to avoid being hit head on. The chase ended when the truck hit a block wall.

1. Damn
That sounds like something that would happen up here in Montana on the hi-line.
