Thanks for the advice on the Xanax

I'm feeling quite calm and detached now---certainly getting out of Election 2004 helped but I have a lovely calm detached curiousity about events but not a pounding headache and racing heart.

You are just the best, all of you. Since January 2001 you have kept me sane more times than I can remember.
