He and his father and his father's father are Ivy League (though by no means intellectual) elitists who have never had to work for anything. They believe they are entitled to it. In fact, the Bushes are quite proud of their supposed English royal blood as documented in Burke's Peerage, and believe that it is their divine right to rule. George Bush senior was a minor Texas congressman from Houston and the head of the CIA for 13 months. Prescott Bush was a Connecticut Senator and Chairman of the RNC (where he famously wore a raccoon coat showing his Ivy League pride in his speech, not to mention one of those responsible for rearming Germany before WWII. George W. Bush was a drunkard and a listless businessman who was able to survive in this world only through his family's connections. Then he was the governor of Texas for one term and part of another (I am excluding his years running for President). These men think they are entitled to lead. Wealth and power are not available to everyone; one must be born into. They believe in nothing but their own enrichment and the enrichment of their friends. George II has abused his office to fulfill a vendetta against a former associate (Hussein) who betrayed his father. And he does not care about the loss of life that resulted.

In short, it is the dynasticism of Bush and his wretched family that I despise more than anything. Phonies, crooks, swindlers, and zealots. America had the chance to vote and decided it wanted a king. 49% of the country thought otherwise. But in the end, it doesn't matter. The Bushes have set a dangerous precedent. They've moved us back to the nobility system out forefathers fought so hard to rid this country of. But in the end, it just wasn't enough to quell the wealthy elite. Oligarchy reigns in the United States.
