2. Decriminalization of certain controlled substances: decrease flow of cash out of country and proper taxing will help reduce the deficit

3. Ensure constitutional rights of privacy and free speech carry over to cyberspace

4. Technological accessibility across class lines

5. Improve educational standards

6. Better funding for improved quality of education

7. Improve trade imbalance

8. Better distribution of food to third world nations

9. Aggressive campaign to prevent spread of disease worldwide

10. Give everyone who can work the opportunity to do so
