I can't post picutres or links that are clickable... Is it a different HTML code?

It may not be possible to do that. For links, I've just put the full url in the message body and don't seem to have a problem.

None of the codes and tags that I use on my forums work on the description page.

Just remember to keep your description text -- including all HTML -- to 2,000 characters or less.
