Good end to a bad week
Edited on Fri Nov-05-04 11:46 PM by walldude
Well I was horribly depressed early in the week. Then today I see Bev Harris and crew are making progress with a little help from Nader of all people then I get home to find the Revenge Of The Sith trailer uploaded to my machine, check this shit out:

As a hardcore Star Wars fan I almost crapped in my pants when I heard the Emperor say "Rise Lord Vader"... and James Earl Jones's voice answer "Yes my master"

1. WHAT makes him turn to the dark side?
Edited on Fri Nov-05-04 11:51 PM by tjdee
I simply must know. I imagine it has to do with that perty little Queen.

I'm almost frightened to find out, as I think that George Lucas is a one trick pony and he's managed to COMPLETELY fuck up the entire series, AND, Hayden Christenson has the acting ability of a piece of bread.

I didn't mean to stomp all over your happy thread though! The pictures look fantastic, and I'll rely on all the true blue believers to spoil me with spoilers. :)

2. No one knows what makes him finally turn

Have to wait and see... I didn't like HC in Episode II(not that it matters since he is the bad guy) but he did a hell of a job in Shattered Glass. He has alot more talent then he showed in EP II.

3. I could give him another chance...
I found EP II completely unwatchable for a dozen or so reasons, and one of the biggest was the lack of chemistry between HC and Natalie Portman, who I believe to be quite talented. I may have blamed HC for that unnecessarily, but then he was in scenes with Ewan McGregor, who I beileve to be a good actor--and he seemed flat there as well.

But as I said, the whole thing was excruciatingly boring to me LOL. I'd be interested to watch him in something else.

The only good thing about II was finding out where the Storm Troopers came from.
