1. Don't they get a little...slushy...that way?
I prefer my pancakes in syrup, not coffee.

It has a clean, healthy flavor that blows everything else out of the water. IMHO

7. I've already had some this morning,
but I can always eat more!

I loooove Saturday mornings. The first thing my 2-year-old says when she wakes up is, "Pancakes today Mommy?"

Sometimes it's the little things that keep you sane! :)

14. Mmmmm. Irish Coffee
King of coffee drinks. Joe Sheridan's original recipe.

1 shot of Irish blended whisky
2 tsp brown sugar
strong, hot newly brewn coffee
lightly whipped or shaken cream

Put brown sugar and Irish whisky into a coffee glass (or a wine glass with extra thick walls). Add hot, strong coffee up to 1 cm (1/3 inch) from the glass rim. If you are cautious, you can leave the spoon in the glass to lead off the heat.)
Carefully add the lightly whipped cream over the back of a tablespoon.

Serve without a spoon or a straw. The cream moustache should be a natural side effect when drinking an Irish Coffee!

20. Thanks.
I'll ask the doc when I go next week for another test. It's the big one. If I don't pass, I go on a diet at the very least. I had gestational diabetes, so I'm at risk for type II for the rest of my life.

23. Good luck. There is some good info on the web.
Buy the bulk type, finely ground stuff (if you try it). The commercial stuff is diluted granulated to perform more like sugar or equal etc. It is potent and has a bit of a licorice flavor at first, that is soon lost (mysteriously) and then seems identical to sugar. No aftertaste...fully natural sweetener.

It is remarkable and helps in many ways.

25. LOL time to test the 'theory' eh?
I am DYING today. I can hardly bend my knee - the trauma from the surgery has definitely kicked in. I've been eating vicodin since late yesterday afternoon. I'm not usually this whimpy.. but DAMN!!

You do need to rest some ya know... try and pace yourself - you've had a tough week.

I saw your email.. I'll reply in a minute.

:loveya:
