2. did you know that there's a guy
whose life's work is the finding of all the 'lost' snippets of the original movie, which I saw when it came out in Cinerama theater in Philly?

It was originally, I think, almost 4 hours long, and supposedly there was a print which was even longer.

She played Sid Caesar's wife and in real life is the magnificent Ernie Kovacs widow.

And amongst the cameeos and other small parts, Don Knotts, Carl Reiner and Arnold Stang.

14. Edie Adams Must Have Made This Film Right After Ernie Kovacs Died
When he died in a car crash in 1962, he left Edie with huge debts, largely from gambling. That's when she started doing those Muriel cigar commercials, to pay off Ernie's debts.
