Iron Chef America..begins in January

I really like Iron Chef Japan....I saw the pilot for Iron Chef America months ago and it was sensational.

3. i remember it from a long time ago

and i dont think the first version was on food network, im thinking fox. and if my memory serves me correctly, bruce vilanche was a panelist

4. none of the American shows have been up to par with . . .

the Japanese battles . . . they perfected the format, and do it really well . . . there's just something lacking in the American shows . . .

or maybe it's just that I can't stand Bobby Flay . . .
