what banks use Diebold ATMs?
US Bank, Commerce, and UMB have a high number of branches with them, Bank of America has an ATM maintaince contract with them, many credit unions have them, any others

4. avoid the issue of atms all together
you can get cash back (usually for free) at any grocery store. In my area, even if you a pack of gum, you can get cash back, and a .50 pack of gum is cheaper than atm fees. Starve the beast.

5. National City Bank (based in Cleveland, I believe)
also uses them. Provident Bank was recently bought out by NCB, but they haven't installed new ATMs as far as I know, and theirs were some other brand.
