First you have to define all of those terms -- you can't identify a person's religious affiliation so easily. In fact, most of the time it's illegal to ask such questions. I suspect you'll find the same amount of hypocrites in any population -- and that's always alot.
Here's another problem. Not all people who commit crimes are caught. So you would only potentially get statistics about either arrests or convictions - neither of which is entirely an accurate picture of who actually committed crimes.
I understand the sincerity of your question, though. I suppose if you were in a country like the old Soviet Union, that did publically identify religious affiliation, you could, for example, track the number of Jewish criminals. But we both know that there are so many other issues involved (prejudice, poverty, etc.) that defining someone soley by religious affiliation is maybe as hypocritical as anything..lol.
