1. You have to put an autorun ini file on that.
You can probably find info online.

2. I think I can make one, but I have to know the language.
Probably I could look at any CD and open the autorun.ini file and figure it out. Dunno why I didn't think of that.

3. Safest way, or the accepted way...
...is to include an autoplay.inf that fires off shellexec=URL. Let me find an example for you. It seems that nowadays, you can't fire an HTM as an autoplay. It used to be that you could do:


open=setup.hta
icon=myicon.ico

It seems that now, you HAVE to compile an EXE of some sort.
