To all the wine drinkers
One day i would love to drink some really good Port wine
I'm content with drinking the cheap yet o so tasty stuff at the moment, any suggestions on some really good port for a later date.

1. Wish I could, but port is just too sweet for me.

2. Warre, sandemans, Fonseca. All make both tawny & ruby depending
on your preference

I shall look into them
Over the last few days I broke out my supply of Holiday spiced wine.
and started to work on a bottle of port ( by bottle mean gallon)
that and some good music quites the nerves for a bit.

4. Before investing in an expensive bottle of port, go to a nice restaurant
sit at the bar and order a port. Get to check it out for a rather nominal fee, Bartenders usually are happy to discuss the products and pass on their knowledge if it is not too busy. For a very decent and rather inexpensive tawny port, we drink Clock Tower, from Australia, last time I remember buying it, I think it cost 10 or 12 dollars a bottle.
