8. I didn't post anything yet, because I am sort of not happy with the way
things went and was hoping if I ignored it for awhile it would go away. I need a surgery that I am terrified of. I've done it before, but this time it would involve more. Thanks for asking. :)

And according to the people's pharmacy a teaspoonful of mustard or turmeric before bed will help with leg cramps.

I'm especially fond of german sweet/hot mustard.
